Changes residency requirement for state tuition funding at Maine School of Science and Mathematics.

This bill modifies the residency requirement for students to receive free tuition at the Maine School of Science and Mathematics. It changes the requirement from the student residing in Maine with a parent, other relative, or guardian for at least a certain period before applying, to the student's parent or guardian being a resident of the state at the start of the school year for which tuition is to be paid.
