The bill recreates the Task Force on Protecting Louisiana's Critical Infrastructure from Foreign Adversaries. The task force will study threats to Louisiana's critical infrastructure, including military bases, oil and gas facilities, manufacturing plants, energy infrastructure, and agriculture. The task force will propose recommendations and legislative proposals to address these threats. The task force will include members from the Senate, Louisiana State Police, Governor's Office of Homeland Security, and other designated officials. The task force will terminate upon submitting its report.
