Louisiana SB59 amends menhaden catch regulations, limiting non-menhaden fish to 5% of total catch.
Louisiana SB59 amends existing law to impose restrictions on commercial menhaden catch. Specifically, it mandates that no person taking menhaden can have more than five percent by weight of any species of fish other than menhaden.
