Louisiana SB510 amends existing law to prohibit any person under the age of 18 from visiting or loitering on premises where alcoholic beverages, beer, or consumable hemp products are sold, handled, or given away. This prohibition applies to those holding a retail dealer's permit, those permitted to sell alcoholic beverages at retail, and their agents, associates, employees, representatives, or servants.
