Louisiana SB501, known as the Campus Awareness Initiative, requires public postsecondary education institutions to post signs promoting STI prevention, screening, and treatment. The Louisiana Department of Health, or its designated nonprofit organization, will design and produce these signs, which must include a website link to STI information and resources. The signs must read "Worried about STIs? Just Check!" and be at least 16 inches by 20 inches with large, easily readable text.
