Louisiana SB352 modifies the administrative fee for unpaid tolls on state-owned toll facilities from a flat $25 fee to no more than two percent of the total toll cost, excluding late charges. Instead, the registered owner is liable for unpaid tolls unless the vehicle was reported stolen before the toll was due or within 48 hours after. The changes take effect August 1, 2026.
