Louisiana SB19 amends the law to change the name and design of the "State Employee Retired" prestige license plate to "State Employee Retired RSEA." The new plate will display the state seal centered inside the outline of the state shape, with the words "State Employee Retired RSEA" centered under the "Louisiana" name logo at the top. The center of the plate will display a number, starting with one and continuing in consecutive numerical order for each plate. The words "Louisiana State Employees Retirement" will be centered at the bottom of the plate below the number. Effective August 1, 2026.
