It adds responsive verdicts for attempted first degree murder, attempted second degree murder, and attempted manslaughter. It removes the responsive verdict of "guilty of negligent homicide" from second degree murder and manslaughter. It repeals the responsive verdict provisions for the offense of negligent homicide. Effective August 1, 2026.
