Louisiana SB158 amends and reenacts R.S. 46:260.52 to retain current requirements for the administration of the Medicaid managed care program. It makes technical changes and exempts entities contracted with the Louisiana Department of Health for fiscal intermediary services in processing health care provider claims. Effective August 1, 2026.
