This bill applies to various boards, excluding the Louisiana State Board of Medical Examiners and the Louisiana State Board of Dentistry. It ensures that if a disciplinary action results in a consent order, judgment, or finding with a suspension or probationary period or monetary payment less than a previous offer by the licensee, the board cannot collect attorney fees from the licensee. Effective August 1, 2026.
