Louisiana SB114 establishes a special "Foundation for Moral Law" prestige license plate for motor vehicles. The Secretary of the Department of Public Safety and Corrections will create the plate if there are at least one thousand applicants. The design will include the words "Foundation for Moral Law." The charge for the plate will be the regular motor vehicle registration license fee. The Secretary will also adopt rules necessary to implement the provisions of this Section.
