Louisiana SB110 amends the definition of "child sexual abuse materials" to include any image of a child under the age of 17 created or generated by electronic or digital means, including artificial intelligence, with the intent to train an artificial intelligence model to produce such materials. The bill also specifies that a minor depicted in child sexual abuse materials is not required to be a natural person for a violation to take place. Effective August 1, 2026.
