Louisiana SB109 amends the membership of the Louisiana Emergency Medical Services Commission. The commission will consist of twelve voting members appointed by the governor. Two members will be emergency medical services administrators, one from the private sector and one from the public sector, nominated by the Louisiana Ambulance Alliance. Two members will be licensed paramedics and one will be a licensed emergency medical technician, with at least one appointed by the Louisiana Fire Chiefs Association.
