Establishes a task force to study and recommend a unified statewide home ownership assistance program.

The bill creates a task force to study the development and implementation of a unified statewide home ownership assistance program called the "Dream Starter Program." The task force will be staffed by the Louisiana Housing Corporation and include members from various state agencies and organizations. The task force will consider program structure, funding strategy, eligibility, and other factors. It will submit recommendations to the Louisiana House of Representatives by February 1, 2027. The task force will terminate after submitting its report or by February 1, 2027, whichever is earlier.
