Establishes a task force to study the implementation of real-time fence-line air monitoring systems at high-risk facilities.

The bill creates the Real-time Fence-line Air Monitoring and Alert System Task Force to study the implementation of real-time fence-line air monitoring and alert systems at Louisiana's highest risk petroleum refineries and chemical manufacturing facilities.
