Louisiana HCR41 amends the Louisiana Administrative Code to allow instantly redeemable coupons and rebates for malt beverages with up to 6% alcohol by volume. It removes the restriction that such coupons and rebates must be redeemable by mail only. The resolution also directs the Louisiana Department of Revenue, office of alcohol and tobacco control, to print the amendments in the Louisiana Administrative Code.
