Establishes a Task Force on Utility Terrain Vehicles to study safety regulations for UTVs.

The bill creates the Task Force on Utility Terrain Vehicles, composed of representatives from various state agencies, to study the feasibility of implementing safety regulations for utility terrain vehicles (UTVs). The task force will convene for its first meeting no later than August 1, 2026, and will submit recommendations to the House Committee on Transportation, Highways and Public Works before the 2027 Regular Session. The task force members will serve without compensation, except for per diem or expenses reimbursement.
