Authorizes annual 5% increases in compensation for parish assessors in Louisiana from 2026 to 2029.

Louisiana HB812 amends the compensation schedule for parish assessors, authorizing annual 5% increases in their annual compensation from 2026 through 2029. This additional compensation becomes effective only if the assessor publishes notice of intent to increase his compensation on two separate days in the parish's official journal, with the last notice published at least 30 days prior to the date of the compensation increase.
