Expands authorized uses of funds invested in a state infrastructure bank to include water, energy, resilience, and hazard mitigation projects.

This bill proposes a constitutional amendment to expand the authorized uses of funds invested in a state infrastructure bank. Currently, the investment is limited to transportation projects. The amendment would allow the funds to also be used for water, energy, resilience, and hazard mitigation projects. The proposed change will be put to a vote in the statewide election on November 3, 2026.
