Repeals immunization requirement for eligibility in public assistance programs.

This bill repeals the requirement that recipients of Medicaid or the Family Independence Temporary Assistance Program (FITAP) must be immunized against vaccine-preventable diseases. It removes the mandate for providing evidence of immunity or immunization as a condition of eligibility. The bill also directs the Department of Children and Family Services and the Louisiana Department of Health to align their rules and policies with the changes, ensuring compliance with federal and state law.
