Adds Atlantic tarpon to the definition of saltwater game fish in Louisiana.
Louisiana HB688 amends the definition of saltwater game fish to include Atlantic tarpon. The bill updates the names of certain saltwater game fish and specifies that the changes take effect upon the governor's signature or, if not signed, upon the expiration of the time for bills to become law without the governor's signature. If vetoed and subsequently approved by the legislature, the act becomes effective the day after such approval.
