Establishes the Instructor Share Rebate Program for employers who allow employees to teach in the Louisiana Community and Technical College System.

The bill establishes the Instructor Share Rebate Program, which provides a rebate to employers who allow their employees to work as instructors in the Louisiana Community and Technical College System. The rebate is equal to 50% of the employer's costs. The maximum rebate amount for a calendar year starts at $1 million in 2027 and can increase by $1 million if at least 80% of the previous year's cap was claimed, up to a maximum of $5.5 million. The Department of Revenue determines eligibility and processes applications on a first-come, first-served basis.
