Louisiana HB332 amends the law to change the minimum number of annual meetings for the Louisiana Agricultural Finance Authority from four to two. The authority is still required to meet no more than twelve times a year. The bill becomes effective upon the governor's signature or, if not signed, upon the expiration of the time for bills to become law without the governor's signature.
