Louisiana HB207 amends the Louisiana Auctioneers Licensing Board membership requirements.

Louisiana HB207 modifies the Louisiana Auctioneers Licensing Board's composition. The board will consist of seven members, five of whom must be licensed auctioneers in good standing for at least five years. Two members must be consumers from the public at large. All members are appointed by the governor, who also designates a chairman. The board will be domiciled in East Baton Rouge Parish but can meet elsewhere in the state.
