Louisiana HB18 amends the terms of office for members of the District Attorneys' Retirement System board of trustees. It specifies that the terms of two members expire on August 14, 2027, two members on August 14, 2029, and two members on August 14, 2030. Their successors are elected for a term of five years. If a vacancy occurs in the office of an elected trustee and the unexpired term is less than two years, the board shall fill the vacancy by appointment within 90 days for the remainder of the unexpired term.
