Authorizes an election in Sabine Parish to permit sports wagering.

Louisiana HB146 authorizes the governing authority of Sabine Parish to hold an election on whether to permit sports wagering. If a majority of voters approve, sports wagering may be conducted in the parish. The election must occur within a specified timeframe and the parish must notify the Louisiana Gaming Control Board of the results.
