Honors the 22nd Black History Celebration and recognizes Black history as American history.

This resolution celebrates Black History and the 22nd annual Black History Celebration. It acknowledges the importance of Black history in understanding the United States and Kentucky. The resolution recognizes the contributions of African Americans to the nation and the Commonwealth. It also highlights the significance of Black history as an opportunity to reflect on the past and remain hopeful for the future. The resolution directs the Clerk of the Senate to transmit a copy to Senator Gerald A. Neal.
