This resolution adjourns the Senate in honor and loving memory of Bias Sidney Tilford, Sr., a devoted husband, father, and community leader. Tilford Sr. was a pioneering photographer, civil rights advocate, and journalist who contributed to the Louisville Defender and WLEX-TV.
