Establishes a Commercial Motor Vehicle Task Force to study and recommend solutions for CMV crashes in Kentucky.

The resolution establishes the Commercial Motor Vehicle Task Force to study and make recommendations on driver-related causes of CMV crashes, mechanical failures, motor carrier negligence, roadside screening and enforcement tools, multistate safety partnerships, and federal updates. The task force will be composed of members from the Senate, House of Representatives, and representatives from the motor carrier industry. The task force will submit findings and recommendations to the Legislative Research Commission by December 1, 2026.
