Establishes a task force to study and recommend alternative response services for mental health crises in Kentucky.

The Mental Health Alternative Community Response Model Task Force will be composed of members from the Senate and House of Representatives, with input from various state agencies and mental health advocacy groups. The task force will study and recommend programs, initiatives, and opportunities for alternative response services for mental health crises in Kentucky. The task force will submit findings and recommendations to the Legislative Research Commission by December 1, 2026.
