Establishes a trust fund for proceeds from vaping-related legal actions to support youth vaping prevention.

The bill creates a trust fund in the State Treasury, called the vaping settlement trust fund, to be administered by the Office of the Attorney General. The fund will receive proceeds from legal actions against Juul Labs Inc., excluding fees for litigation or investigative costs.
