Establishes the Kentucky Nuclear Energy Development Authority to promote nuclear energy development.

Creates the Kentucky Nuclear Energy Development Authority to support nuclear energy projects. The authority will facilitate applications for early site permits, construction permits, and combined operating licenses for nuclear power plants. It will also establish a Nuclear Energy Development Grant Program to fund eligible projects, with grants up to $2,000,000 per project. The authority will engage with regulators, developers, and communities to promote safe and responsible nuclear energy development.
