Kentucky SB352 amends the selection process for the secretary of the Cabinet for Economic Development.

Kentucky SB352 revises the selection process for the secretary of the Cabinet for Economic Development. The board must set qualifications, hire a national search firm, and conduct a nationwide search to select three candidates. The Governor chooses one from this list, but may reject it and request a new set of three candidates. Once appointed, the secretary serves at the pleasure of the board.
