Kentucky SB346 amends the compensation and reimbursement for Council on Postsecondary Education members.

Kentucky SB346 modifies the compensation for members of the Council on Postsecondary Education. Members will now receive $100 per day for each council meeting attended and will be reimbursed for necessary travel and other expenses while attending council meetings. Members residing outside the Commonwealth will not be reimbursed for out-of-state travel. Each institution will cover the expenses of its own representatives, and the expenses of the chief state school officer will be paid by the state in the same manner as other traveling expenses.
