SB317 amends Kentucky law to revise the qualifications for sureties in bonds for civil actions. The surety must be a resident of Kentucky, worth double the sum to be secured beyond their debts, and have property liable to execution in the state. If there are multiple sureties in the same bond, they must collectively meet these qualifications.
