Kentucky SB293 allows corporations to condemn rights-of-way for sewage treatment facilities if they cannot reach an agreement with the property owner.

Kentucky SB293 amends the Kentucky Revised Statutes to allow corporations authorized to construct, maintain, and operate sewer lines and sewage treatment facilities to condemn rights-of-way if they cannot reach an agreement with the property owner after a good faith effort.
