Establishes a Unit of Civil Air Patrol within the Kentucky Department of Military Affairs.
This bill amends Kentucky law to create a Unit of Civil Air Patrol within the Department of Military Affairs. The unit will include the Kentucky wing of the Civil Air Patrol and any additional units and personnel designated by administrative order. The commanding officer or their designee of the Kentucky wing will be ex officio the head of the unit.
