SB220

Kentucky SB220 modifies regulations for small farm wineries, allowing them to sell alcohol at multiple locations without additional licenses.

Kentucky SB220 amends the state's statutes to allow small farm wineries with a retail drink license to sell alcohol at multiple locations without needing a supplemental bar license. This change simplifies the licensing process for small farm wineries, enabling them to serve alcohol at one or more permanent or nonpermanent locations on their premises. The bill also specifies that a supplemental bar license is nonquota and nontransferable, and sets the fee structure for such licenses.
