Kentucky SB22 creates the Dual Credit Scholarship Program to offer scholarships for eligible high school students in teacher apprenticeship programs. Eligible students must be Kentucky residents, complete a college success counseling session, and enroll in a Kentucky high school. They must also participate in an eligible registered teacher apprenticeship program, complete required courses, and achieve a grade of C or higher.
