Kentucky SB194 creates a new recall process for members of district boards of education. Members can be recalled for neglect of duty, which includes commission of a trespass or wrongful act, acceptance of a bribe, willful or careless failure to exercise due diligence, misfeasance or malfeasance, violation of the oath of office, misuse of public property or funds, habitual impairment, conviction of certain crimes, or conduct adversely affecting the administration of the office.
