Kentucky SB187 modifies the enactment of branch budget bills to ensure that each section, subsection, and appropriation sum by specified fund accounts are separate and specific appropriations and laws. The bill also stipulates that if any section, subsection, paragraph, or provision is deemed invalid or unconstitutional by a court of competent jurisdiction in a final, unappealable order, it will not affect the remaining sections, subsections, paragraphs, or provisions in the bill.
