The Kentucky General Assembly resolves to designate two bridges in Grayson County. The bridge on Kentucky Route 920 over Clifty Creek will be named the Elmer Carmon Milliner Memorial Bridge, honoring Elmer Carmon Milliner, a retired farmer, General Electric associate, and Korean War veteran. The bridge on Kentucky Route 920 over Meeting Creek will be named the PFC Clarence Ozbert Milliner Memorial Bridge, honoring PFC Clarence Ozbert Milliner, a U.S. Marine Corps veteran who served in World War II and was killed in action.
