Kentucky HB934 amends the definition of harassing communications to include repeated electronic or telephonic communications that are reasonably likely to harass, annoy, alarm, torment, embarrass, or offend another person and serve no legitimate purpose. It also includes anonymous or otherwise communications by telephone, internet, telegraph, mail, or any other form of electronic or written communication that would cause a reasonable person to fear physical harm, intimidation, humiliation, or embarrassment. Harassing communications is classified as a Class A misdemeanor.
