Establishes a trust fund to support tutoring and academic assistance for children in foster care in Kentucky.

The bill creates a trust fund, the foster child tutoring and academic assistance trust fund, to support tutoring and academic assistance services for children in foster care in Kentucky. The fund will be administered by the Cabinet for Health and Family Services. The purpose of the fund is to improve graduation rates and create stability in learning careers for children in foster care. The fund will consist of grants, contributions, appropriations, or other moneys. Unexpended funds at the end of a fiscal year will be carried forward to the next fiscal year.
