Establishes a Special Committee on Sexual Misconduct to investigate and report on complaints of sexual harassment, abuse, or assault by General.

The bill creates a Special Committee on Sexual Misconduct, attached to the Legislative Research Commission for administrative purposes. The committee, composed of eight members, investigates complaints of sexual harassment, abuse, or assault by General Assembly members against employees, other members, or the public. Upon completing its investigation, the committee must submit a report within 90 days, recommending punitive actions such as removal from committees, denial of access, fines, expulsion, or other penalties.
