Establishes the Kentucky Public Service Student Loan Forgiveness Program to assist public service employees with student loan repayment.

The bill establishes the Kentucky Public Service Student Loan Forgiveness Program to encourage and assist individuals in public service professions. It provides loan repayment benefits between $5,000 and $7,500 for each 12-month period of verified public service employment, up to five years. The program also allows for enhanced awards up to $10,000 per year. Eligible participants must reside in Kentucky, maintain full-time public service employment, and not be in default on any student loan program.
