Establishes expiration dates for administrative regulations in Kentucky and requires periodic publication of expired and existing regulations.

This bill amends Kentucky law to set expiration dates for administrative regulations. Regulations effective on or after March 1, 2013, expire seven years after their last effective date, unless extended by a certification process. Regulations effective before March 1, 2013, expire on a specific date. The regulations compiler must delete expired regulations from the Kentucky Administrative Regulations Service, add them to a list of ineffective regulations, and publish a list of expired regulations every six months.
