Establishes dedicated funds for infrastructure projects and broadband deployment in Kentucky.

The bill amends Kentucky Revised Statutes to establish dedicated funds for infrastructure projects and broadband deployment. The infrastructure revolving fund will provide financial assistance to governmental agencies and investor-owned water utility systems for infrastructure projects. The broadband deployment fund will provide grants to governmental agencies and private sector entities for broadband service deployment in underserved or unserved areas. Funds in these accounts cannot be commingled and must be used strictly for their designated purposes.
