Kentucky HB818 amends the duties of county administrators concerning local alcoholic beverage licenses. It specifies that county administrators must handle applications and renewals for local licenses in the same manner as the department handles state licenses. Additionally, it mandates that county administrators must also handle penalization for local licenses in the same manner as the board handles state license penalization.
