This bill amends Kentucky law to allow a hearing or inquiry panel to order a physician to undergo a physical or mental examination if there is probable cause to believe the physician may be unable to practice competently. Failure to comply with such an order, unless due to circumstances beyond the physician's control, constitutes an admission of disability and may result in a final order without further testimony or evidence.
